The DarksideEvolution ICS ROM comes with two launchers to choose from, Apex and TouchWiz.
Some of notable features include fixed rotation (from leaked ICS), 5x4x5 TouchWiz Modified Launcher, Scrolling Wallpaper support, Customizable 15 toggle quick panel, Enabled Internet Calling over WiFi and 3g/4g, MMS Enhancements, and smoothness hack for framework.

Since my last review (which was RC2), there’s been a ton of changes on the RC7.
The BlackEdition ICS ROM RC7 has been updated to the latest ICS ROM leak, Netflix working, Bloatware removed, AOSP keyboard, custom dictionary over Touchwiz, Bootanimation, fixed Exchange Mail servers, and a whole lot more.

For this week, check out the BlackEdition ICS ROM for your T-Mobile Galaxy S2 SGH-T989. This ROM is very similar to the ported Skyrocket ICS ROM featured last week except is tweaked with 16 toggles, zip-aligned, de-odexed, and should work a lot better. For those of you who want to unroot or unbrick your T-Mobile Galaxy S2 SGH-T989 back to Android 2.3.6 for whatever reason (maybe bricked or want to take it back for warranty), here’s how to do it.
*Note – You will need a Windows-based computer, does not work with Heimdall on Mac or Linux.
Step 1. Plug-in a micro-USB cable from your phone to Windows computer. Then hold down the Volume Up, Volume Down, and the Power button for about 10 seconds.
Step 2. When your phone resets, only let go of the Power button.
Step 3. Once you se
ICS is FINALLY HERE folks for T-Mobile Galaxy S2 users everywhere! This isn’t the “official” for T-Mobile but it’s a port from the official OTA ICS update on Skyrocket Galaxy S2, which is pretty much the same phone.
Everything works out of the box except auto-rotation bug (you can just turn it off). It’s a fully-functional ICS ROM so you should go flash this and start enjoying ICS!
For this week, check out Malice ROM for T-Mobile Galaxy S2 SGH-T989. This ROM comes with pretty awfully awesome boot animation of “malice”, custom UI tweaks, Darkside kernel with 1.728Ghz OC, and should give you better battery life/performance over stock ROM.

The next Tuesday ROM is here! The Tuesday ROM Blu-Shade edition for T-Mobile Galaxy S2 SGH-T989 brings you the same performance upped with even better battery life with 1.2Ghz underclocking. If you don’t use any overclocking programs like SetCPU, the new version should give you much better battery life (near 15-30%). Also, the new Blu edition comes with blue theme and more AOSP apps.

For those of you who want to try a different “flavor” of Tuesday ROM, the developer of Tuesday ROM has another variety out, the Paradox 2 Paradise ROM for your T-Mobile Galaxy S2 SGH-T989.
This ROM is pretty flawless also coming with XloudBeats on DSP Manager, ext4 tweaks, wifi tweaks, and Darkside kernel overclockable up to 1.782Ghz. And indeed with overclocking, runs just fine on my T-Mobile Galaxy S2.
