AOCP Android 4.4.2 KitKat ROM for AT&T Galaxy S2 SGH-i777!

For this week’s AT&T Galaxy S2 SGH-i777 ROM of the week, check out the latest AOCP ROM.

Based on latest Android 4.4.2 sources, the AOCP Android 4.4.2 ROM brings you a great level of stability, customization, battery life, and everything working out of the box.

I’ve had much trouble just getting the camera working with some of the experimental Android 4.4.2 ROMs for the i777 but the AOCP ROM seems to be the most stable ROM.  Of course, one of the main reasons for that is because the developer of AOCP ROM builds these ROMs specifically made for the SGH-i777, not just compile a ton of ROMs for many different phones.

AOCP ROM features its own black-and-red theme while brings you the ability to customize your statbus bar, quick toggles, notification drawer, and more.  Some notable features include HALO floating notifications, Appbar (sorta like PIE but on left side), Active Display, and quick launcher switch integrated into Settings menu (my favorite).  The ROM ships with Android 4.4.2 KitKat and Aspire launcher.

Overall, if you own an AT&T Galaxy S2, you cannot go wrong with the latest AOCP ROM as it will put you on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat with some of the best stuff to go with it.  So, give it a twhirl this week(end) and do let me know how it goes for you!
