HellKat KitKat ROM for T-Mobile Galaxy S2 SGH-T989!

For this week’s T-Mobile Galaxy S2 SGH-T989 ROM of the week, check out latest version of HellKat ROM.

Based on CM11 (CyanogenMod), HellKat brings you a beautifully themed-out “Holo Red” theme (enable theme by enabling “Dark HellKat” in Settings) along with a good amount of customization, that will give you a pure CyanogenMod experience along with many extras.

Personally, I do love CyanogenMod but after awhile, I tend to move onto more customizable ROMs and HellKat does exactly that without you having to lose any of CyanogenMod features.

Some notable features (that’s been added on top of CM) include stuff like Init.d tweaker, LCD density changer (to run in custom DPI or tablet mode), lockscreen customization, and some more.  Also don’t forget some wonderful set of cool hellish wallpapers that complement the red theme well.

Of all though, performance is probably the highlight on this ROM, it ships with Diablo kernel that you can overclock up to 1.836Ghz stable.  Overall, it’s one of the fastest ROMs you will probably encounter so definitely give it a go this week(end) if being fast and furious is your thang.
