Striving to make a “pure” Google Nexus ROM, XDA user Faryaab brings us SuperNexus Jelly Bean ROM, this time with everything working out of the box including bluetooth (which wasn’t working in Build 2). I am glad to say that this is finally stable Jelly Bean you can install on your AT&T Galaxy S2 SGH-i777.
Here’s an updated AOKP Jelly Bean ROM by XDA developers Task650 and Ktoonsez. We did feature their ICS version couple months back but now they are back with a Jelly Bean version.
For this week’s ROM of the week, check out cMIUI ROM for your AT&T Galaxy S2. This is the ROM I’ve been running for the past week or so and it’s very solid.
The cMIUI ROM comes with Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean, everything works out of the box along with MIUI user interface. For those of you who don’t know what MIUI is, it’s a custom ROM built by Chinese developers with support for built-in themes and total changeout of the user interface.

This is the Build 1, which means it’s supposed to be pretty stable. I found everything working except camera but you can download Camera ICS app from the Play Store and camera works just fine.

Well, your wait is finally over. The Super Nexus Jelly Bean ROM for AT&T Galaxy S2 SGH-i777 is HERE, bringing you the best of Jelly Bean experience.
The only thing missing? Bluetooth sound isn’t working but if you don’t use bluetooth much, this is a very good daily driver ROM. Of course, don’t forget the fact that most Jelly Bean ROMs are still “beta”. In case if you find any bugs, make sure to backup your current ROM before preceding.
I know, I know, many of you want to try Jelly Bean ROM for your Galaxy S2 SGH-i777. There is a port on XDA Forums and you are welcome to try it but I am going to try to focus on ROMs that will be stable and can be used as daily driver. Jelly Bean ROMs are still in its early stages so, I would not install them for the time being. But don’t worry, I will post them as soon as they are a bit more stable, should be another week or two.
Here’s a quick update on ShoStock ICS ROM for your AT&T Galaxy S2 SGH-i777, I think this ROM and AOKP ROM are the best ROMs for the SGH-i777 right now.

Here’s a quick update on the AOKP ICS ROM version 7.1 for AT&T Galaxy S2 SGH-i777, is better than ever.
The previous version was really “beta” but with recent 7.1 update, the AOKP ICS ROM for SGH-i777 is super solid, I haven’t found any bugs with it. I really think this is the best ICS ROM you can run on the SGH-i777 right now.
One of my favorite ICS ROMs, F1 Galaxy Nexus for i9100, is now available for your AT&T Galaxy S2 SGH-i777. And no, this isn’t simply hellraised but will give you that “pure” Google Galaxy Nexus experience you’ve been after. There’s no preservatives or any other extras added so if you want to enjoy pure stock Galaxy Nexus experience on your AT&T Galaxy S2, give this ROM a go, I think you will like it and let me know what you think of this ROM!!!
